Terry, together with David Kiddell, founded Moody Kiddell & Partners in 1981. Terry is a member of the Australian Institute of Management and the Company Directors Association of Australia. He is also the immediate past President both of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers of Australia Association (CAFBA) and the Australian Equipment Finance Association.

David, together with Terry Moody, founded Moody Kiddell & Partners in 1981. Prior to MKP, David worked in finance roles for David Jones Finance and Associated Brokers. David’s primary drive at MKP was to grow a workplace culture of service, integrity and performance and setting the standard for at least 70% repeat business year on year for the company nationwide.

Alex Moody is a Director of MKP, bringing experience in leadership, management and corporate finance. He served as Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2026.

Before joining MKP, Alex spent eight years in management roles across the health, technology and mining sectors. During this time, he arranged equity and hybrid debt raisings for public companies and led the IPO team for a 2013 ASX listing. Alex holds a Bachelor of International Relations from Bond University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales.

Jack was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MKP in 2026 and leads the group’s strategic direction, business performance and commitment to clients and referral partners. Before becoming CEO, Jack spent seven years as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the day-to-day operations of all business units, with a focus on compliance, origination and operational efficiency. Having worked in almost every position at MKP, from Settlement Officer to Senior Manager, Jack brings a deep understanding of the business and its clients. As Senior Manager, he led a team of originators focused on building and maintaining relationships with clients and referral partners. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University and a Master of Applied Finance.

Jonathan has over 15 years' experience in the commercial finance industry throughout his tenure at MKP. Jonathan progressed through the ranks from graduate finance originator to managing a team of 20, originating over $200 million per annum. Alongside David Unwin, he is General Manager of the Asset Finance team. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics) (University of Technology, Sydney.)

David has almost 20 years' experience in the finance industry. David spent 6 years working in different roles at Suncorp-Metway group throughout their business divisions of Mortgage Securities and Equipment Finance. David was then the Network Support Manager orchestrating the Equipment Finance for Suncorp’s Agri, Commercial and Corporate branch network before moving to a credit role in Suncorp. David joined MKP in 2007 and alongside Jonathan Lucas is a General Manager for the Asset Finance team.

Gareth has completed a double degree in Business and International Studies, having studied abroad at the University of Barcelona, Spain. Gareth has been at MKP since 2010 and specialises in equipment finance. He appreciates the opportunity to work alongside talented people who share his passion to succeed and generate results for his clients. Meeting and working across a diverse range of people, businesses and industries is a highlight of his role, along with helping a client and their business to grow and flourish.

Jake is a Finance Specialist with 10 years of experience in equipment finance. He takes time to understand each client’s goals and delivers tailored solutions that support long-term business success. Jake values strong relationships and clear, practical outcomes.

James commenced at MKP in 2012 as a graduate from Adelaide University where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce. James specialises in all types of equipment finance for the Victorian and South Australian regions. Working for MKP allows James the opportunity to work with a largely diverse range of businesses, something that he finds both a challenge and a source of great enjoyment. The Victorian branch are constantly striving to achieve both team and personal goals assisting each other wherever possible. This environment of support and development is something that James values greatly.

Jared joined MKP in 2011 and specialises in the areas of financial analysis, dealer relationships and equipment knowledge. Prior to commencing at MKP, Jared completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the Curtin University of Technology. At MKP, Jared looks after the WA region. Jared has contributed to business growth in WA, including securing a range of high profile clients. Jared is committed to furthering his expertise and career with MKP, and enjoys being part of a team that is working towards the same goal.

Jordan started working for Moody Kiddell in 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Business from UTS. Jordan is a member of the asset finance team assisting clients throughout the country with a wide range of assets. Through his tenure at MKP he has built up strong relationships with clients and worked on a variety of different transactions across a number of broad industries. Jordan also assists clients with Import Finance and Insurance Premium Funding. Currently Jordan works with Jacob Dries. While Jordan is seeing clients, Jacob is able to keep transactions progressing and vice-versa. Jordan has continued his studies and is currently finalising his Masters in Applied Finance at Macquarie University, he is also a member of the Commercial Lending Young Professional (CLYP) and CAFBA.

Michael has over 10 years' of experience in equipment finance, having joined MKP Group in 2006. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Macquarie University. Michael specialises in arranging finance for small-medium sized business across a range of transactions, from straight forward vehicle finance to more complex large asset purchases, plant & equipment debt restructures and cash flow management. Michael has developed numerous client’s both locally and regionally and takes the opportunity to maintain face to face client meetings. Michael thrives on gaining an intimate understanding of his clients’ businesses, as well as the industry that they operate within. As distinct from a single business bank, Michael is able to access numerous funding alternatives and spread business debt; this maximises a client’s access to funding, enabling them to capitalise on growth opportunities.

Spending eight years' at the Commonwealth Bank, Rob was the youngest level one manager in the bank’s then 30 year history. In this time Rob broadened his experience in financial accounting, collections and the new business broker channel before joining MKP in 1996. When Rob first came on board, Moody Kiddell had a total of five staff and turned over $1.15m annually. Since then, Rob has assisted in settling 4500 deals, writing $370m in new business volume and has been instrumental in managing and expanding business in the greater Newcastle area. Rob specialises in equipment finance including civil contracting, transport services and logging, and is committed to looking after his clients ‘every step of the way’.

Sam has had over 10 years' experience in the finance industry, and has been with MKP since 2006. In his time at the company Sam has excelled; achieving goals that were deemed unachievable and working with various large organisations. At MKP, Sam’s expertise in equipment finance is within the earthmoving, mining, civil and transport industries. He also has experience in motor vehicle finance, and assisting business in changing their financial institutions. Sam particularly enjoys making life easier for his clients, and assisting them to grow their business.

Stephen completed his Law and Commerce Degree in 2012, providing him with expertise in commercial law and financial services regulation. He joined MKP in 2012 under the graduate program. Along with law and regulation, Stephen also specialises in equipment finance, portfolio management and risk mitigation. Stephen enjoys the opportunity to interact with clients across a broad range of industries, and takes satisfaction in helping add value to businesses.

Charlie began working at MKP in July 2017. Prior to this he completed a Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology, Sydney. Charlie has continued to grow an existing portfolio of clients based in both the Sydney Metropolitan area and the Newcastle/Hunter Region. His primary focuses are understanding his clients commercial finance requirements along with building extensive working relationships.

Edward joined MKP in 2017 as part of MKP’s Graduate Program, working alongside Senior Managers Sam Houselander and Stephen Clark. Specialising in the development of MKP’s Asset Finance portfolio, Edward is passionate about the continued growth of the business and the gradual diversification of MKP’s finance offerings. Prior to joining Moody Kiddell, Edward received a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University, majoring in Finance and Economics. He is a member of the Commercial Asset Finance Brokers Association and is accredited with Australia’s top tier lenders.

Jacob joined Moody Kiddell in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Industrial Chemistry from The University of New South Wales. He has also completed a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Jacob enjoys getting to know his clients and assisting them with growing their businesses. Jacob works closely with Jordan Wilson to provide clients with two points of contact and ensure the finance process is managed quickly and easily. Jacob was recently awarded the 2020 CAFBA Emerging Broker of Year.

Kristina was recently announced as a Finalist for the 2020 CAFBA Emerging Broker of the Year.

Luke joined Moody Kiddell in 2014 after completing an Associate Degree in Business & Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) at RMIT. In his time with Moody Kiddell he has developed a vast array of knowledge in all professional industries through sitting down with his clients to establish a deep understanding of their business and its operations.

Santi joined Moody Kiddell in 2021 with 10 years of experience in all lines of insurance, specialising in transport, earthmoving, construction and hard to place insurance. He also has a Diploma in Insurance broking. Santi works with you and takes the time to understand your business so your insurance reflects your business needs and requirements.

Tom has worked within the insurance industry for 15 years, including a strong focus in the Construction and Civil Engineering space. His experience spans the Australian, UK and US markets, now acting as the Moody Kiddell Senior Account Manager for Insurance.

Mark Thirgood joined Moody Kiddell & Partners in July 2017. Mark has experience in all general insurance products and his primary goal is to assist MKP clients with claims lodgements and an early resolution with the best outcomes. Mark's experience in the General Insurance Industry spans over 40 years with claims roles at insurance brokers, insurers and assessing companies. Mark has also obtained his Tier 1 in Insurance Broking.

Isabelle joined MKP in 2026 as a Claims Officer, beginning her career in the insurance industry. She is continuing to build her product knowledge and understanding of claims processes, while developing the skills to support clients throughout the claims journey.

A self professed insurance nerd with broking roles at Aon and A J Gallagher. Jack’s background lay in placement of Infrastructure, power, construction and machinery plant equipment policies. With a dedicated service delivery mindset and keen eye for technical details, Jack loves all things insurance and keeps insurance simple for his clients. Jack holds a Bachelor of Business (Management & Accounting), Diploma of Insurance Broking and currently finalising his Master of Business Administration through Sydney University and is keen to improve the role and standing of the industry in the community.

Jacob joined Moody Kiddell in 2021.

Michael joined MKP in 2023, bringing with him 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. Throughout his career in insurance, he specialised in heavy motor, construction, plant and machinery insurance. He endeavours to understand his clients’ business thoroughly to review and customise an insurance plan which protects their business operations and assets.

Lina joined Moody Kiddell in October 2023 as a Graduate Account Executive. Lina brings 2 years of experience in Insurance and claims handling.

Aimee joined Moody Kiddell in October 2019 with a Diploma of Insurance Broking and 9 years previous commercial broking experience. Aimee is currently working as an Account Executive in the SME Team; working with clients to review and renew their policies along with handling day to day policy enquiries and changes.

Ilene is an Account Executive in the SME team. She actively works with clients to ensure she has sound understanding of their overall business and their risk exposures are covered. She joined Moody Kiddell in August 2020 with over 10 years experience in both broking and underwriting roles in the insurance industry. She has completed her Diploma in Financial Services in General Insurance.

Anjali manages day-to-day operations within the insurance side of the business. She leads the National Insurance Operations Team and is strongly involved in developing and maintaining administrative processes within the insurance team.

Emily joined Moody Kiddell Partner in September 2024 as an Assistant Account Executive for the Insurance Team. Assing the SME team with processing renewal/ endorsement documents for valued customers. Previous experience for Virgin Australia as an Insurance and Treasury Analyst, Operations Payments Officer & Personal Banker for Great Southern Bank and Claims Manager for Allianz & Australian Retirement Trust.

Lakshimi joined Moody Kiddell in 2019 as an Operations Officer for the Insurance team.

Summer joined MKP group in June 2020 where she assists the Insurance team with the processing of Renewal and Endorsement documents for clients. Summer has 12 years’ experience within the insurance industry starting out in administration at Zurich Insurance. During her time at Zurich she worked her way to a position as an Underwriter in the SME team. In addition to her time at Zurich, Summer has worked for Allianz Australia, Woodina Underwriting Agency and as Insurance Manager at Ernst Body Corporate Management.

Varsha joined Moody Kiddell in 2021 as an Assistant Account Executive for the Insurance team. Assisting the SME team with processing renewal/endorsement documents for valued customers. Previous customer service experience working for Kiwibank in New Zealand (4yrs) and Firstmac Ltd (2yrs) in Brisbane.
